Nick Weinraub is the supervisor of 250 Stater Bros trucks. They have been working 7 days a week to meet the needs of the community during this time. Nick took time out of his busy day to bring us 500 Stater Bros bags for students to take home Chromebooks so they can continue learning during this time of school closures. He is married to Karen Lewis, a wonderful first-grade teacher at Bryant Ranch.
Thank you Nick and Karen!

Thank you to Ralphs at Village Center off Rose Dr in Placentia, for donating 500 bags to help Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) be able to hand out materials to their students, so they can keep studying during this unprecedented time.

OSCC could not be the successful organization it is without the leadership of hundreds of local members who work tirelessly at the bargaining table, reaching out to members, providing guidance on grievances, campaigning for education-friendly trustees, and in general strengthening their chapters. These local education and union activists were honored at the Spring OSCC WHO Awards Dinner in Costa Mesa.
